Where can I pray Jumuah Prayer?

Alhamdulillah, as a Muslim in Ann Arbor, you have many different options for praying salaatul jumuah. Insha Allah the information listed here is useful to you, and if you know of any inaccuracies or updates, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Jumuah at the Masjid

There are two jumuah prayers at the local Ann Arbor Masjid, one at 12 noon, and the second at 1:30 pm. The masjid is located at 2301 Plymouth Road, which is very close to North Campus. For directions to the masjid, click HERE.

Jumuah on Central Campus

During the Fall, Winter, and often Spring semesters, the MSA hosts a campus jumuah. The location is often at either the Michigan League or the Michigan Union. For the most updated information on location, check out our events page at this LINK.

Jumuah on the Medical Campus/Hospital

There is also a jumuah prayer held in the main hospital of the University Health System. The prayer is held at 1:30 pm in room 2C224, which is close to the cafeteria. The most updated information about time and location is posted outside the chapel of the hospital. The chapel can also be used for performing any other prayers on any day, and there are Qur'ans and dua books located in the chapel as well.
